If you're looking for a room to hold your next community meeting, event or staff training sessions enquire about booking one of our two meeting rooms or our seminar room at the Muswellbrook Library. Rooms are available to suit from four to eighty delegates.
Meetings Rooms
The library has two small meeting rooms available to be booked out during library opening hours by members of the public. These rooms each can sit up to four people. Bookings are essential for these rooms and any sporting groups, businesses, organisations etc must provide a Certificate of Currency for $20m (Public Liability)
Meeting Room Booking Costs
- Members:- FREE for the first 3 hours
- Non-members:- $10 for the first 3 hours
- $71.50 per day applies for any booking longer than 3 hours
Seminar Rooms
The Muswellbrook library seminar room is available during and after opening hours. Rental includes access to a data projector and kitchenette upon request. This room can cater for bookings of up to 80 people seated. Bookings for this room are essential, phone 6543 1913 or fill out the online form. Customers are required to present a Certificate of Currency for $20m (Public Liability) upon booking.

- Per hour:- $71.50
- Up to 3 hours:- $214.00
- Per day:- $285.50
- Cleaning Fee (applied to rooms left in an untidy manner) $68.00
- Cancellations $56.00
