WHAT DOES IT COST TO JOIN?
Membership is free.
Proof of name and local address is required.
Membership entitles you to borrow from all of our branches.

HOME LIBRARY SERVICE:
Deliveries are made fortnightly or monthly to people physically unable to visit the Library.
There is no charge for this service.
This service can be offered through the generosity of volunteers.
It is available at all Branches on request.

LOAN LIMITS:
You are welcome to borrow any combination of the following, up to a maximum of ten (10) items.
Four (4) videos - 7 days
Two (2) music CDs, CD ROMs and DVDs - 7 days
Two (2) spoken word cassettes or CDs - 21 days
Ten (10) books - 21 days

STATISTICAL INFORMATION:
Muswellbrook Library is part of the Australian Bureau of Statistics Library Extension Programme.
This provides a variety of statistical information, which augments the Bureau's website.

RENEWING ITEMS:
Items on loan can be renewed once, either by telephone over the internet or in person.
Materials may not be renewed once they are overdue.
Materials reserved by another borrower may not be renewed.

INTERNET:
Public Access is available at All branches.
Booking is advisable, especially during busy periods such as lunchtimes.
Downloading may be done but discs have to be purchased from the Library.
This is a fee-based service.

OVERDUE FINES:
Fines are charged at a rate of 20 cents per item per day.
|
WORD PROCESSING:
We have computer facilities for Word Processing.
Booking is advisable.
This is a fee-based service.
